| 办理条件 | 1. The person who bears foreign driving license applies for driving license shall participate in Item One (Traffic Regulation) Examination. The person who applies for class Large-scale bus， Tractor， Medium-sized Bus and Large-scale truck driving license shall participate in Item Three Examination. 2. The foreigner shall put forward application at residing place. 3. The person who bears foreign passport shall get visa or residence permit with more than 3 months valid period. |

| 需提交材料 | 1. A copy of Application Form of Driving License. 2. A copy of original and photocopy of Driving License， Passport， Identity Document and Accommodation Registration Card for Foreigners(refers to foreigner) respectively， photocopy of latest arrival record. 3. The passport and driving license not in Chinese shall be translated into Chinese and notarized at Notary Public Office of District or County or above. 4. A copy of Certificate of Driver’s Physical Condition 5. Four one-inch color photos with white background. |

| 收费标准及依据 | 1. Item One: 80 Yuan/Person-time， Item Three: 100 Yuan/Person-time.2. Cost of production: 10 Yuan.3. You are free to participate in the make up for the first time for each item examination but will be charged 50% of examination cost for the second time， charged 30% of examination cost for the third time and every subsequent time until pass the examination；Article 81 of Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China， According to Fujian Price No. [2012] 202。 |
